Project Summary
As the builder, when you log in, you first see the project summary. This screen is an overview of your projects...an "action list."
New/Updated Messages - This indicator identifies the number of new or updated messages received from the client.
Tasks Due - This indicator identifies the number of tasks that are due.
Unpriced CO - This indicator identifies the number of change orders that require your pricing.
COs Pending Approval - This indicator identifies the number of change orders that your client needs to approve.
Open Service Items - Focus on service/warranty items that require your attention. Prevent overlooking issues critical to client satisfaction.
