Messages
It all starts with a message. ICON allows you to initiate, respond, and document communication with your client. All communication has a historical record preventing confusion and misunderstandings.
New/Updated Message Flag - When the client adds a new message or updates an existing message, a flag appears to the left of the message. This helps to identify which messages need immediate attention.
Assigned To - You can assign each message to a project team member to take action based on the message received.
OK to Close - This indicator notifies you that the client is satisfied with the message and you can close the message.
