Change Orders
This section documents all Change Orders in detail. Create the Change Order, alert the client of its cost, payment terms, and impact on the schedule. You also see how a Change Order affects the total project cost. Return to this section to follow up any Change Order not acted on by the client.
Homebuyers can approve or reject Change Orders online. Approval is on a secured server (128 bit encryption), documenting the day, time, and the user making the approval.
Based on a specific Change Order you can create field change orders to enlist everyone required to complete the Change Order.
